Evaluation & Feedback

Evaluation plays a key role in almost every active organization. Evaluation is a systematic and objective assessment of an ongoing or completed project, programme or policy, its design, implementation and results. The aim is to determine the relevance and fulfilment of objectives, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability – as set out in the Evaluation Policy.

Private universities have a legal obligation to evaluate their work, and the success of educational processes.

“Feedback is the control of a system by reinserting into the system the results of its performance.” (Norbert Weiner, 1950).

In education feedback means a whole different approach compared to evaluation. It’s about creating a constant feedback loop in real time in order to improve not so much the performance of the teaching personnel, but the learning success of the students.
